How we can support you

• Publicise your conference on the Sempre website and share details with Sempre members via social media. 
• Offer Sempre Conference Awards to presenting students or unwaged delegates to help cover registration fees, travel, and accommodation costs. 
• Provide financial support for technical assistance to enable online or hybrid conferences, including support for equipment in lower-HDI countries.

How you can support us

• Acknowledge Sempre in your conference publicity by displaying the Sempre logo on your website and event materials, including the programme or conference brochure. 
• Include flyers about the Society and Sempre Conferences in delegate packs, and for presenters receiving a Sempre Conference Award, display the logo next to their names in the programme or abstracts. 
• Provide a short slot (approximately 5 minutes) for a committee member to present about Sempre, and, if possible, display the Sempre banner at your event.

Our environmental commitment

Sempre is committed to minimising the environmental impact of its conferences while maintaining accessibility and inclusivity. We acknowledge the importance of face-to-face interaction in advancing research but recognise the need for sustainable practices in light of the climate crisis. Conference organisers are encouraged to adopt measures such as providing online participation options, promoting local travel whenever possible, and ensuring equal access for all delegates. Application process

Requests will be reviewed throughout the year, and the committee will notify you of the outcome as soon as possible. Sempre aims to support events that align with its mission to provide an international forum for psychology of music and music education research, encourage idea exchange, disseminate findings, and support postgraduate students in presenting their work.
