Sempre are delighted that Dr Emily Payne has agreed to become the new Editorial Assistant on Music & Science, replacing the first holder of the position, Dr Mats Küssner, to whom Sempre expresses immense gratitude for his central role in helping set up the journal. Dr Payne is a Teaching Fellow in Music Psychology at the University of Leeds; her research centres on the social psychology of music and performance studies, with particular expertise in creativity, collaboration, and post-war music.
