Psychology of Music is a peer-reviewed journal that is published in print six times a year, and receives a large number of submissions across a broad range of disciplines related to the scientific understanding of psychological aspects of music. This includes research on listening, performing, creating, memorising, analysing, describing, learning, and teaching, as well as applied social, developmental, attitudinal and therapeutic studies.
